At Career Pathway, we are committed to providing quality coaching and learning support to our students. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or cancellations may be processed.

1. Course Enrollment

Students can enroll in our courses either online through the website or offline at our institute. Enrollment is considered confirmed only after successful payment of the course fee.

2. Course Fees

All course fees paid to Career Pathway are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of admission.

3. Cancellation Policy

Students may request cancellation of enrollment within 48 hours of payment provided that the course has not started and no study material or online access has been provided.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment made by the student
  • Technical error during online payment
  • Course cancellation by the institute

5. Refund Processing

If a refund request is approved, the amount will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method used during the transaction.

6. Digital Products

Payments made for digital products such as:

  • Online test series
  • Downloadable study material
  • Recorded lectures

are strictly non-refundable once access has been provided.
